It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your date. Our mobile bar is in high demand, and we’d love to be part of your event.
No, we do not sell alcohol. However, you can purchase the alcohol, and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll provide you with a detailed shopping list to ensure you have everything needed for your event. Once the alcohol is supplied, our certified bartenders are legally allowed to serve it, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The final payment is due one hour before your event.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to first responders and active-duty military with valid ID.
We enjoy working with venues! It’s your responsibility to confirm that your venue allows a horse trailer bar and to secure any necessary permits. For private property events, no permit is needed.
Yes, we carry both general and liquor liability insurance, and we’ll have the necessary documents at every event.
We’re based near Tucson, AZ, and offer free delivery within 50 miles. We’re happy to travel beyond that—just be sure to book early so we can plan ahead (additional fees may apply).
We understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your event up to three times. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. For Monsoon season events, you’ll need to provide canopies or have an indoor space for our bartenders to move to.
