Our Story
Kaycee Sullivan, the owner & operator of Desert Rose Mobile Bar, combines her passion for hosting with over a decade of bartending and customer service experience. Originally from San Diego, Kaycee’s background in luxury real estate and her love for creating memorable gatherings inspired her to launch Desert Rose serving Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona and the surrounding areas.
Her vision is to create a business dedicated to delivering stylish and elevated bar experiences through personalized and unforgettable events. This includes crafting signature cocktails with a local twist and setting up customizable bar setups.

Our Desert Bloom package offers a stylish and relaxed bar service featuring beer and wine. Perfect for intimate gatherings, this package ensures your guests enjoy a carefully curated selection of beverages served with elegance and professionalism. Whether it’s a casual celebration or a laid-back event, Desert Bloom creates a memorable atmosphere with minimal fuss.

Saguaro Select
The Saguaro Select package includes everything in Desert Bloom, but with an extra touch of flair—two signature cocktails hand-crafted for your event. Whether you’re looking for a classic cocktail or something with a local twist, this package adds a fun and unique element to your celebration, ensuring your guests have a variety of drinks to choose from.

Desert Rose Premium
For those who want the ultimate bar experience, the Desert Rose Premium package offers beer, wine, champagne, and three of our signature cocktails. This package is designed for larger, more luxurious events and ensures your guests enjoy a full range of beverages in style. From champagne toasts to signature drinks, Desert Rose Premium brings elegance and indulgence to any special occasion.

When Should I Book?
It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your date. Our mobile bar is in high demand, and we’d love to be part of your event.
Do you offer the sale of alcohol?
No, we do not sell alcohol. However, you can purchase the alcohol, and we’ll take care of the rest! We’ll provide you with a detailed shopping list to ensure you have everything needed for your event. Once the alcohol is supplied, our certified bartenders are legally allowed to serve it, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The final payment is due one hour before your event.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to first responders and active-duty military with valid ID.
Are you allowed to come to my venue?
We enjoy working with venues! It’s your responsibility to confirm that your venue allows a horse trailer bar and to secure any necessary permits. For private property events, no permit is needed.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry both general and liquor liability insurance, and we’ll have the necessary documents at every event.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
We’re based near Tucson, AZ, and offer free delivery within 50 miles. We’re happy to travel beyond that—just be sure to book early so we can plan ahead (additional fees may apply).
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your event up to three times. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. For Monsoon season events, you’ll need to provide canopies or have an indoor space for our bartenders to move to.
